CHRISTIAN HECHT is the founder of THE CC AGENCY. He is passionate about his project and a strong and serious partner for his clients.
25 Years ago, he started a successful and promising sales and brand - building career.
His passion for sports led him to this industry in 1999, where he was able to celebrate shared successes for 10 years with passion and teamwork. In 2010, he made the switch to the fashion industry at Diesel OTB Group, where he also met Martina. Christian has an extreme wide portfolio and knowledge from hardgoods, to Apparel, Bottom, Denim, Intimate-Beachwear, Bags, Shoes and Technical Sportswear and this for Wholesale and Retail.
Many talents accompany Christian, although it is difficult to top his talent for people and goods. His feelings for people and developing their potential and the strong relation ship to business partners is his greatest strength in the B2B and B2C business in DACH and all over Europe.
Christian represents a reliable partner who wants to leave his business partners with added value and long-term success.
MARTINA SCHMIDL IS THE LEO ON THE GO.
Martina Schmidl is the founder of LEOON and the company's soul and energy source. Growing up in a family with a background in the textile business, she soon discovered a natural flair for styles and fabrics, quality, and detail. From an early age, she knew what she wanted to do - and later would do. Born in Germany, she found her heart home in Cape Town, and Martina has been commuting between Cape Town and Munich ever since.
She is constantly on the go, fully immersed in the essence of life. Martina begins every single day with a desire to experience something new. She sees challenges as opportunities and manages her company with total dedication and a good helping of gut instinct. She is as natural as can be. Clear-headed, heart beating with passion. The world of lifestyle is her passion.
An apprenticeship in retail and studies at the LDT Academy for Fashion Management set the base. Later, I accompanied the openings of more than 25 fashion stores, switched to sales, and expanded my horizons piece by piece.
After more than 24 years of B2B and B2C experience and brand direction, I now stand for an outstanding 360-degree perspective on product, design, marketing, sales, and management mentoring. As a company founder and owner of my lifestyle concept, AYMS, ALL YOU ARE, a consultant with a clear mind. Warm and authentic. Full of spirit and energy.
